I was fully satisfied with the apartment you provided to me [in New York]. It was beautiful, clean, all furniture seemed new and it was in a very central position. I was so happy that before leaving I wrote a note to the owner to thank him.
If I ever would come back to New York or know someone who would like to, I'd surely recommend your agency and that vacation rental to them. |

Our stay [in this vacation rental] was superb. I cannot express how great is was. It was more than home in New York - we really lived there for 10 days.
[The accommodation owners] are so great, their help in all respects from to the warm welcome of a bottle of wine, fruits and cheese after the long flight to the love with which they treat the apartment, tasteful furniture, wonderful bedlinen, great kitchen up to the help where to go, to shop etc etc etc. and.... everything was squeaky clean.
I can only recommend them in all respects (and [we] are so difficult.....) and I will come back soon!!!
Best Regards [to our New York Habitat agent] who did a marvellous job by convincing me to take this vacation rental simply by saying "trust me, I know you will love it". And he was right!!!! Thank you!!! |

The service he delivered was prompt and clear, leaving no room for confusion. He liaised with my department in the way in which I would expect, in an entirely professional manner.
The flat I rented suited my needs perfectly. It was well kept and the

We will strongly recommend this type of accommodation that we found much more pleasant than staying in a hotel. |

Our stay in New York has been wonderful. The apartment was extremely
well located and the owners provided it with the best services. They
have been very helpful and considerate with us, since we were in an
unpleasant situation for a couple of days (British Airways had lost all
our luggage). We have nothing to complain about: everything was far
better than expected or even explained in your brochure. The vacation rental
was well furnished, sunny, clean and very comfortable.
We will strongly recommend this type of accommodation that we found much more pleasant than staying in a hotel. In case we are back in New York, we shall choose it again. |
