The [vacation rental] owner was exceptionally helpful when we arrived in pointing out the facilities in the neighbourhood |

The service that you provided was very good. All details were
communicated well and Ista was extremely helpful in answering our
queries.
Our apartment was very clean and comfortable and centrally located to
all facilities, a perfect base for us to have during our time exploring
the city. It also gave us the feeling of living in New York rather than
passing through as you feel when in a hotel.
The [vacation rental] owner was exceptionally helpful when we arrived in pointing out the
facilities in the neighbourhood and also with general knowledge on how
to get around the city. The fact that the time to leave the vacation rental
was flexible suited us very well for a late flight out of JFK.
We had a brilliant holiday and would use your service again if ever we
return to New York. |

The studio we've rented in East Village was really nice, well furnished, clean and very well situated (walking distance to subway, Broadway, Chinatown, Greenwich village, Union Square and supermarket). However, it was a bit noisy, although not in a busy street.
The owner was very helpful and friendly.
I would recommend this studio to anyone who would like to explore New York while staying in a place you could call "home". |

I have nothing but good things to say about the apartment that [our New York Habitat agent] found for us! She was a pleasure to work with, quick to respond to any questions I had and was very helpful. The owner [...] met with us at our convenience and was very accommodating. I can report that the [New York] apartment was clean, tidy and well-equipped. The landlord gave us a thorough introduction to the neighborhood and useful advice about airport transfers etc. He'd gone to some effort to ensure there were useful guidebooks and maps available, which was a nice touch for visiting tourists.
I would be happy to recommend New York Habitat to others. |

I had a great time in New York. The Apartment worked out very well for us. |

I had a great time in New York. The Apartment worked out very well for
us. We purchased a bus pass for a week which worked out well because
the bus stop was just half a block away. And around a ten dollar cab ride from the theater district at night was nice.
We are two older women, fifty four and sixty four, and we felt safe and
comfortable at night both in and out of the vacation rental. [The owner] was very good to us and his apartment is cozy.
We felt right at home. I love New York and would recommend a visit like this to all. |
