Nicely furnished apartment next to Carnegie Hall.

One bedroom /one bathroom apartment about 680 square feet located on the 3rd floor of a prewar building with elevator on 56th Street between 5th and 6th Avenue.
When you enter the apartment you can see the common space (living room and open kitchen). The air-conditioned living room is about 240 square feet. It has two windows facing the street, a hard wood floor and a decorative fireplace. It is furnished with a Queen-size sofa bed, an armchair, a DVD & CD player, a stereo, a coffee table, a chair, a dresser and a large book unit. The white tiled open kitchen is equipped with a stove, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a round dining table seating four and many white storage cabinets.
There is Internet access available. A telephone with local, long-distance and international is included.
From the living room, a French door leads to the air-conditioned bedroom. It has a window. It is furnished with a king-size bed, a dresser and a large mirrored armoire.
From the living room, a door leads to a small hallway leading to the bathroom. The white tiled bathroom is standard: sink, shower with bathtub, toilet, mirrored medicine cabinet and storage cabinet.
This apartment is very well located at one block away from Fifth Avenue and three blocks away from Central Park. All kind of stores are nearby. The street is busy.
Transportation: N, R, Q, W at 57th Street and Seventh Avenue. F train on 57th Street and 6th Avenue. Many trains are also available at Columbus Circle.
