15.  1st Half 2010 Roommate Rental Lengths of Stay

The length of stay for room rentals tends to follow the school semester schedules. The most popular arrival dates are January, July and September. In the 1st half of 2010, the average length of stay was 97 days, which is close to the average since we have been compiling this report. In the 1st half of 2009, the average increased to 116 days, which was significantly higher than in previous years. We have yet to determine the cause of this anomaly.
