The bed and breakfast accomodation is in a two-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a 19th century two story house provided with an intercom. South and northwest exposed, it faces the silent passageway, and has 2.45m high ceilings, except in the kitchen - 2.10m. Featuring tasteful antique furniture, it shows white walls, a wall-to-wall carpet, and many area rugs.

The bedroom for rent (Bedroom 2 in photos and floorplan) features a private adjoining bathroom. The room is furnished with a 140cm wide double bed, a desk, an armchair, a chest of drawers, and a wall mounted TV. (Small foam mattresses are provided for children).

Breakfast will be provided by the owner who occupies Bedroom 1. Access is available in the shared kitchen throughout the day.

The eat-in-kitchen is shared with the owner. The kitchen is equipped with one electric and three gas burners, a traditional electric oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a combo fridge and freezer, electric kettle and coffee maker, and a toaster. Besides there are double white ceramic sinks, a washing machine and a drying machine, wall shelves, a window, and a white L-shaped worktop below and above which there are number of cupboards containing all necessary utensils.
