Studio apartment close to Porte de Saint-Ouen

Neighborhood:
This is a bright apartment situated on Villa des Epinettes between Rue Lantiez and Rue des Epinettes. It is on a small, calm street close to a large, busy avenue with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. An advantage to the neighborhood is that the supermarkets and delicatessens in this area are less expensive than those in the rest of Paris. A few metro stations away is the famous Champs Elysees Avenue with, on one side, one of the most popular monuments in Paris, the Arc de Triomphe, and on the other side, the Place de la Concorde with its historic obelisk. Opposite and not far is the famous Paris flea market known as Saint Ouen or Clignancourt, a labyrinth of antique furniture, clothing, and many other items (open from Saturday to Monday).
Premises:
This 35m² (approx. 375 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a house facing east and south. The house is from the end of the 19th century.
The entrance leads directly to the 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) bedroom. It has a window with exterior shutters, which faces the street with an eastern exposure. It is furnished with two single beds that can be turned into a queen-size bed, a bedside table and a built-in closet hidden by a curtain.
The 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) other room is a dining room, which is furnished with a desk, a table, three chairs, shelves and cupboards, a sink, a small refrigerator, two electric burners, a microwave oven and a kettle. There are two windows facing the street.
The bathroom, accessible through the bedroom, has a large tub with shower, a washbasin with a cupboard with mirrored doors, and a toilette.
The closest metro station is Guy Moquet (line 13), which goes directly to the Saint Lazare Railway station and the Champs Elysees. It is also very close to an RER station serving a lot of points of interest in Paris. There are four bus lines going to Notre Dame, the Arc de Triomphe, Saint Lazare and the periphery.
