Nice and perfectly located One Bedroom
|
Nice and perfectly located this one bedroom apartment is situated in a residential area just in front of a pleasant park between Rue Jussieu and Rue Monge in the famous and dynamic area of the Quartier Latin.
Very attractive and historic neighborhood of Paris where you will find many nice restaurants and cafes that animate the area partly due to the proximity of the Universities. Not far from the apartment, is one of the most famous monuments, the Pantheon, originally built as a church, having become the national memorial and burial place of France's great men. Furthermore, the green expanses and pools of the Jardin du Luxembourg soften the intense urbaneness of the area.
This 38m2 one bedroom apartment is placed on the ground floor of a nice Hausmanien building protected on the main entry gate by a security system.
There is also a concierge in the building and all the windows have metallic shutters, which ensure an obvious safety.
The exposure is northwest and it faces a calm street as well as a huge public garden.
All the walls inside the apartment are white painted and there is a nice parquet floor everywhere except in the kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.
The apartment is divided as follows: on the left side of the entry hall is the 15m2 living room, right on the left side of the living room is the 13m2 bedroom separated by a door. The separate kitchen is on the right side of the entry hall as well as the toilet and the bathroom is located on the right side of the living room.
The living room has a window with white under curtains facing the street. It is decorated with a yellow sofa bed (140 wide) and a modern red coffee table. There is also a halogen and an original decorative fireplace surmounted by a mirror. This room is also furnished with a TV and stereo.
The bedroom has a window with white under curtains and faces the street. It is fitted out with a double bed (140 wide), a contemporary desk with its chair as well as a small lamp. Next to the bed you will find another decorative fireplace surmounted by a large mirror too. This room is also furnished with a standard lamp, and a modern bookcase, and a telephone.
The separate eat-in kitchen is very agreeable and is tiled on the floor. It has a window with white under curtains viewing the street, which can be used as shades. It has a small marble dinning table with two armchairs, and is equipped with the following elements: a small fridge, three gas burners and an electric burner with an electric oven and a dishwasher (all combined), a boiler, a toaster and a stainless sink. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.
The bathroom is all white (for the floor) and blue (for the walls) tiled. It also has a window giving on the street side with white under curtains. There are large wall-in built closets in this room as well as nice halogens on the walls.
It is fitted out with a tub with a curtain and a wall-mounted showerhead, and a washbasin surmounted by a medicine cabinet with a mirror on the façade.
Toilet is separate and has white tiles on the floor.
The nearest metro station is Place Monge (line7): actually only a few meters from the apartment.
