Two bedroom one bathroom apartment in Champs Elysees

Located between Rue Saint-Cyr and Porte de Champeret, this large, bright and tastefully decorated two bedroom apartment is perfect for a couple.
This apartment is situated just a few meters from the Palais de Congrès (one of Paris biggest exhibition places) in a residential, upscale and safe neighborhood. There are all sorts of shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, as well as an open market during the weekend. Less than a 10-minute walking distance from the apartment is the Place de l'Etoile, with its wonderful Arc de Triomphe standing on the Champs Elysées.
This 72m2 apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator of a 1980's residence (having its own bar and restaurant). The main entrance gate is protected thanks to a 24 hours a day doorman service. The apartment is also available with a garage-box.
The apartment has been redone recently and is equipped with brand new furniture.
The walls are white painted, there is a nice parquet floor everywhere except in the kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The ceilings are lighted by small halogens.
The large entry hall is decorated with a nice piece of furniture surmounted by a contemporary painting and is equipped with a large wall-in built wardrobe.
The whole apartment is south exposed and bright due to the large number of bay windows.
The 28m2 living room and dining room area has two large windows with black out drapes viewing the street side.
It is tastefully decorated, on one side with a modern wooden table with its four black leather-matching chairs, and a contemporary chest of drawers. On the other side are a nice sofa with a rug and a coffee table, as well as two modern black leather armchairs, a TV and a stereo.
The first 12m2 bedroom is on the right side of the living room. Its has a large window with black out drapes facing the street side. This room is furnished with two identical single beds (wide 90 each) and a modern closet with shelves.
The second larger 18m2 bedroom is on the left side of the living room still having a large window with black out drapes facing the street. It is fitted with a double bed (160 wide) and two bedside tables.
In the corridor separating the second bedroom with the bathroom is a real dressing (actually a designed wardrobe with drawers).
The kitchen is all tiled and fully equipped with a microwave, a fridge with a freezer (combo), four electric burners, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a stainless sink, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The bathroom is all white tiled and has a tub and wall-mounted showerhead with a protection glass and two Italian designed washbasins surmounted by a large mirror with small halogens.
The toilet is separate and tiled.

The nearest metro station is Porte Maillot (line 1).
