Charming Apartment close to Canal Saint Martin

Charming apartment close to the Canal Saint Martin between Rue Louis Blanc and Place Dulcie Septembre.
This 43m2 one bedroom apartment is located on the fifth French floor of a building from the early 20th century facing southeast and having a security code system at nights and weekends, an intercom and an elevator. The apartment can accommodate two persons.
The layout is as follows: main entry hall leads to the bathroom follow by the restroom to the right side and straight up to the living room. The bedroom and kitchen are off the living area. The apartment has been entirely refurbished and the décor is modern.
The 15m2 living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, a rectangular coffee table, a small trunk, a mini stereo, a wall lamp, a rectangular dinning table with four matching chairs and some decorative items and there is a coat rack at the hallway. The walls are off white, parquet wooden floor and there is a window with fabric curtains with a back view of the buildings. There is DSL internet access.
The 15m2 bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a floor lamp, a square table, two chairs (like in living room), a TV, a telephone, a magazine rack, a mirror, an antique armoire, an armchair cover with fabric and some decorative items. The walls are off white, parquet wooden floor and there is a window with linen curtains with a side view of the buildings.
The open kitchen is equipped with a 5-burners gas stove with exhaust fan and hood and electric oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a stainless steel sink and cabinets and drawers containing some kitchen utensils. The walls are off white with partial white tiles over the counter, decorative white tiled floor and there are two small windows with outdoor shades.
The bathroom has a shower cabin protected by a glass door, a modern sink with bottom glass shelf and upper mirror, a hamper, a towel rack, an ironing board and a washing machine. The walls are done in a light yellow color with partial white tiles, white tiled floor and there is a small fixed window overlooking the kitchen. The separate restroom has a toilet; the walls are off white and white tiled floor.
Eight broad boulevards run from La Madeleine to the Place de la Republique. Situated close to the Grands Boulevards- that are lined with 19th century buildings and used to be the center of "café" and theatre life in the 18th and 19th centuries. They offer restaurants, bars, and the most known and elegant Parisian department stores, markets, and cinemas. The old-fashioned charm of the iron footbridges, survives along the old industrial Canal St- Martin, preserving the tree-lined quays, the inevitable fisherman, the river barges, and the still waters of the broad canal basins. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood.
The closest metro station is Louis Blanc- line 7 and line 7bis.
