Calm and sunny studio apartment
|
This area, known as the Belleville neighborhood, is being very dynamic and multicultural. In a walking distance are the Place de la République with its shops, restaurants, and the trendy Oberkampf area known for its fashionable restaurants, bars and nightclubs is also at a short distance. It is very centrally located in a popular neighborhood having all the necessary facilities: supermarkets, restaurants, shops, open markets, laundries near the apartment.
This 18m2 studio is located on the third floor of a 19th century walk-up building being in a nice and flourished courtyard. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and there is a concierge as well in the building. The exposure is southwest and there is a view over the roofs. This apartment is bright and has white painted walls and a parquet floor except in the kitchen and bathroom where you have tiled floors. The windows have also a double protection against possible noise.
The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter the studio is a small entry hall. In front of it is a small-equipped kitchen, on the right side the living and sleeping area and on the left side the bathroom and toilet (actually 'sanibroyeurs').
The main room has a window with green under curtains. It is charmingly decorated with a futon sofa bed (140 wide), a coffee table, a comfortable armchair, a piece of furniture with drawers, a bookcase with a stereo cassette player, a halogen lamp, a decorative fireplace surmounted by a mirror, a dining table with two chairs and a mobile wardrobe.
A high speed Internet connection is available.
The kitchen gives on to the living room but can be separated from it thanks to beige black out drapes. It is equipped with two vitro ceramic burners, a small fridge actually in the entry hall, a stainless steel sink and a coffee maker. All the necessary utensils are placed in the numerous cupboards.
The bathroom has a window with under curtains. It has a shower with a yellow plastic curtain, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and toilet (''sanibroyeurs'').
The nearest metro station is Goncourt (line 11).
