A three-bedroom apartment next to the « Place d'Italie ».

IMPORTANT : The third bedroom is located outside of the apartment, 2 doors down on the same floor. Neighborhood: This three-bedroom apartment is situated next to the « Place d'Italie » with its diverse selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cinemas (including the widest screen in France). Bordering the 5th district, this mostly residential area is in walking distance from the Mouffetard Market, a lively and colorful place for shopping and socializing. It is considered to be a historic part of Paris. Premises: This 80m2 (approx 860 sqft) three-bedroom apartment is located on the seventh floor of a well-maintained 1930's building with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom and opens into a hall with a concierge. The apartment is southwest exposed and has a nice view over Paris and the 'Observatoire'. There are shutters everywhere in the apartment and a long balcony from one side to the other. The apartment is divided as follows: you enter into a long corridor with on its right: the living room, a bedroom, the bathroom, a separate toilet and a utility room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a freezer. On the left are the dining room, the kitchen and another bedroom. The 11m2 (approx 120 sqft) dining room has a French window. It is tastefully decorated with a round wooden dining table with four matching chairs, as well as a small piece of furniture with drawers. There is also a large modern closet with glass top for the dishes. The living room has a parquet floor and a French window. It is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a contemporary wooden coffee table, a bookcase and another piece of furniture with a cable TV. The first 11m2 bedroom has a window with curtains, shutters and a balcony. It is fitted with a double sofa bed surmounted by a painting, a wardrobe with mirrors on top, a coffee table, nice lamps and other decorative items. The second 11m² bedroom also has a window with curtains, shutters and a balcony. It has a double sofa bed, a wooden desk with chair and a built-in closet. A 15m² (approx 160sqft) third bedroom is available outside of the apartment, 2 doors down on the same floor. It has a parquet floor and a window with a view on the courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed, a cupboard and a desk. The small separate kitchen is accessible by the dining room and has a window. It is equipped with a microwave, an electric oven, two vitro-ceramic burners, a fridge, a freezer, a stainless-steel sink, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a toaster. The bathroom is tiled. It has a bathtub, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet. There is another separate and tiled toilet with a small washbasin, as well. There is collective central heating and the water heater is electric. High speed internet is available. The nearest metro station is Glaçière (line 6).
