Attractive studio by the Beaubourg & Centre Pompidou

This 30m2 studio is located on the fourth and half French floor of a building from the late 19th century facing southwest and having two security code systems and an elevator on premises. The studio can accommodate two people. The layout is as follows: main entry leads to the bathroom to the left side followed by the kitchen and living room/bedroom. The studio has been entirely refurbished and the décor is modern. The luminous 20m2 living room/bedroom is furnished with two leather armchairs, a square coffee table, a decorative marble fireplace with lamp, a chest of drawers, a TV, a Fax, a stereo, a desk, a wicker chair and a lamp. There is a double bed with two night tables and lamps; two built in closets, a safety deposit box, an area carpet, a telephone and other decorative items. The walls are off white, parquet wooden floor and there are two windows (double-glazed) with sheer curtains and outdoor shutters overlooking the main street. There is a portable air conditioner with an exhaust tube near one of the windows. The open kitchen concealed behind sliding doors is equipped with an inlaid 2-burners electric stove with exhaust fan, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machineand a sink. There is a breakfast table with two folding chairs, built in shelves and cabinets containing kitchen utensils. The walls are off white and terra cotta tiled floor. The bathroom has shower cabin protected by curtain, a sink with a cabinet and shelves and mirror, an electric towel rack and a toilet. The walls are off white with partial mini white tiles and parquet wooden floor. The modernistic Forum de Halles and the Pompidou Centre dominate this Right Bank area. All roads round Les Halles resolutely lead to the Beaubourg area and the Pompidou Centre, an avant-garde structure and one of Paris's most visible buildings. Bordering the Marais, a live and historical area having a particular atmosphere due to its pre-Revolution architecture, enclosing a substantial number of points of interest such as museums, art galleries, design shops, as well as diverse types of trendy bars and restaurants. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood. The closet metro station is Chatelet- line 1, 4, 7 and 11.
