This 25m2 studio apartment is ideally located at a few meters from the Seine viewing a calm courtyard between Rue de Seine and Quai de Conti. Intellectual core of Paris the Quartier Latin abounds of historical points of interest such as the "Sainte Chapelle", in the Law Courts, build under Saint Louis from 1241 to 1248, "Cluny's" Thermae (from the 3rd century) Hotel (from the 15th century) and Museum (from the19th century), among others.
