One bedroom near Trocadero

Located between the Arc de Triomphe and le Trocadero, this prestigious address is just a few minutes away from the Seine river. This avenue of an elite district is situated a few steps away from the majestic Arc de Triomphe and the famous Avenue des Champs elysees and all the surrounding streets. The most beautiful view of the Eiffel tower from Place du Trocadero is also very close. Throughout this neighborhood, there are numerous fashion shops, many traditional and sophisticated restaurants, and cafes. This nice 40 m² apartment which is very bright and very calm is situated on the fourth floor of a 19th century building with elevator and concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. It is west exposed and faces the courtyard. A small entry hall with closets leads to the shower room and the living room. The 15m² living room has wooden floor, painted walls, a fireplace and a window. It is attrctively furnished with a (140 wide) sofa bed, a dining table and a stereo. The living room opens on the bedroom on the left-hand side and the separate kitchen on the right-hand side. The 15m² bedroom with wooden floor has a (140 wide) double bed, a fireplace, a large wardrobe, sets of built in wall shelves and a large TV. The separate kitchen, which is tiled, has a window. It is fully equipped, with a mini fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric oven, two vitro-ceramic burners, a stainless-seel sink and a coffee maker (toaster with the grill program of the oven). The shower room is decorated like a boat cabin, it has wooden walls and it is tiled on the floor. The shower has a wall-mounted showerhead and doors. It has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a toilet and a washing machine. The dryer is in the hallway closet. The nearest metro station are Trocadero and Boisiere Line 6.
