Located Rue Montorgueil between Rue Etienne Marcel and Rue Reaumur, this charming one bedroom apartment is a few minutes away from Les Halles, in the heart of the famous Montorgueil Area, with its large choice of quality food products, restaurants and cafes, as well as other services. It is also in a short walking distance to main points of interest such as the Seine River, to the Notre Dame Cathedral on Ile de la Cité, to the unique Ile Saint Louis, and to the majestic Louvre Museum. From its adjoining Jardin des Tuileries, one of the historic most known parks in Paris there is a fine perspective - the alignment of the Obelisk on Place de la Concorde, the Champs Elysée and the Arc de Triomphe in one direction. The Arc de Triomphe du Carroussel and the glass' pyramid of the Louvre in the other. This 50m² apartment is located on the ground floor of 18th century well-maintened building. The courtyard is protected by a door and a grid (each one has a security system). The apartment, on the ground floor, faces the charming courtyard, it is south exposed. The walls are painted, there are beams and an antique stones wall. The living room and the bedroom have wooden floor. The entry gate opens directly on the living room.
