Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is located between Avenue Théophile Gautier and Avenue de Versailles in a mostly residential area of Paris. This part of the 16th Arrondissement, called Auteuil, is very chic and only a few steps from the Seine River, the Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is actually near the Maison de la Radio. It is also two subway stations from the Roland Garros tennis courts and 20 minutes from St. Germain des Près. Next to this accommodation are restaurants, cafes, bakeries, wineries, bookstores and all the necessary food services. Premises: This pleasant and quiet 70m² (approx. 750 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment with a private 80m² (approx. 860 sq. ft.) garden and a 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) terrace is situated on the ground floor of a well-maintained 1970s building with a concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom. There is also an alarm in the apartment (not in use during the rentals). The apartment's exposure is west. It has tiled floors, white walls and electric shutters on all the bay windows that open onto the nice garden. The apartment door opens into an entry hall with closets and a wardrobe; to the left is a closet and a separate toilet with a washing machine and a dryer. The entry hall opens directly onto a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The bedroom is to the left of the living room and has a private bathroom. The 45m² (approx. 480 sq. ft.) living room has large double-glazed bay windows opening to the private flowered garden, which has a sundeck and is furnished with a deck chair, a table and chairs for outdoor meals, and an electric awning. It is tastefully decorated with a sofa bed (160cm wide), a coffee table, two tables with lamps, two comfortable armchairs, another chair, a large bookcase with a cable TV (with CNN and BBC), a stereo, a VCR and a DVD player. There is also a telephone and Internet access. Facing the living room is the open eat-in kitchen with a dining table and chairs. It is fully equipped with four gas burners topped by a cooker hood, a combo microwave/traditional oven, a refrigerator/freezer (combo), a double sink, a dishwasher, a toaster, an electric kettle and coffee maker and all the necessary utensils. There is also all products for the breakfeast: tea, coffee, milk, chocolate, butter, jams, juice, fruits and the lunch:salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, spices. The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) bedroom has a large bay window that opens to the garden. It is furnished with a double bed (140 wide), a chest of drawers, shelves and two built-in closets. The bathroom is all tiled and has a bathtub with a wall-mounted showerhead and a washbasin with a mirror. The separate toilette has a washbasin and contains the washing machine and the dryer. The apartment is also equipped with a vacuum, an iron, an ironing board, a hairdryer and fans. Heat and hot water are collective with the building. The nearest metro stations are Mirabeau (line 10), Ranelagh (line 9) and Eglise d'Auteuil (line 10). There are also many bus lines a few steps from the apartment: Line 72 (Paris center: Concorde, Le Louvre, Hotel de Ville-Marais), Line 52 (Opera - Arc de Triomphe-Passy -Boulogne), Line 22 (Trocadero- Arc de Triomphe - Champs Elysées - Opéra - Galeries Lafayette), and Line 70 (St. Germain-des-Prés-Chatelet-Opéra).
