Studio Near Boulevard Saint Michel
|
Located between Rue d'Ulm and Rue Mouffetard, in the heart of the 5th Arrondissement. This studio has a view on the Panthéon, Notre Dame and St Nicolas du Chardonnet church, it is ideally situated between Jussieu, Place de la contrescarpe, Rue Mouffetard with its cafes, restaurants and open market and the famous Jardins du Luxembourg. The Quartier Latin and St Germain des Pres are in a short walking distance.
The 15m² studio is situated on the 5th floor of an 18th century elevator (elevator goes to the 4th floor) building with concierge and double security system.
The apartment has wooden floor and white painted walls. The 12m² main room has a window with manual shutters, it is furnished with a (140 cm wide) sofa bed, a collapsible table and shelves. It has two built-in wall closets.
The kitchen is tiled. It has a small fridge, two electric burners, an electric oven, a stainless-steel sink and a shower with wall-mounted showerhead and plastic curtain.
Toilet is separated on the hallway but it is for the use of the tenant only.
Central heating and water heater are individual and electric.
The nearest metro stations are Place Monge Line 7 and Cardinal Lemoine Line 10.
Internet connection available (11-29-06)
Electricity at the charge of the tenant according to use.
