Calm Studio near Bastille
Situated between Rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine and Rue de Charonne, this calm and comfortable studio apartment is in the of the famous and trendy Bastille area (Rue de Lappe, Rue de la Roquette etc).

Only at a ten minutes walking distance and one metro station is the Place de la Bastille where is the Opera de la Bastille, considered as one of the best opera houses in the world. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shops, gorgeous restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, and markets such as the well-known Parisian market Rue Richard Lenoir (Thursdays and Sundays morning). The apartment is very centrally located and is also very near to the fashionable and old Marais area.

This 25m2 studio apartment is situated on the second floor of a pre-war walk-up building. The exposure is south and it faces a calm courtyard without any car in this alley. The walls are white painted and there is wooden floor almost everywhere. There is a fan.

The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it is the 20m2 main room and on the left hand-side of the open kitchen is a bathroom and toilet.

The main room has two windows (double-glazing) viewing the courtyard. It is tastefully decorated with a sofa bed (140 wide), a bed (160 wide), a dining table and its matching chairs, a wardrobe, a cable TV and VCR, a stereo, and a telephone.

High speed internet access is available

The open-kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave, a small fridge, a sink, and a coffee maker.

The bathroom is all tiled and has a window. It is fitted with a shower protected by a door, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet.
There is a hair dryer.

Heating and water heater gas.

There is a laundromat right around the corner.

The nearest metro station is Ledru Rollin or Faidherbe Chaligny (lines 8).
