Situated in the Marais area, between rue du Temple and rue des Archives.
Central location, on one side in a few steps to the oldest square of Paris, the Royal Place des Vosges with its number of harmonious arcades surround the square, all made in red brick and stone facings, and to Bastille Place, symbol of the French Republic, and on the other side close to the Republique Place, set out by the Baron Haussmann in 1854. This entire neighborhood is provided with numerous choice restaurants, cafes, and all sorts of convenience shops.
Premises :
The apartment is located on the second floor of a three stories Hotel particulier with concierge. The Hôtel is one of the most antique one in Paris, built in the early 17th century with a door dating back from Louis XIV. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment has a southwest exposure, it faces the street. The walls are white-painted and there is wooden floor everywhere except in the bathrooms, which are tiled.
Layout:
The entry door opens on a large hallway with built-in wall closets. On the right-hand side are the open office and a corridor leading to the two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the left-hand side are the living room, the kitchen and a second bathroom.
The living room has three windows facing the street. It is furnished with a dining table, two (140cm-wide) sofa beds, a chest of drawers, a display cabinet and a phone/fax machine.
The first bedroom has a window facing the street. It is furnished with a (160-cm wide) bed, a crib, a basic cabled TV and a VCR.
The second bedroom has a window facing the street. It is furnished with a single size bed, a built-in wall closet, and a wardrobe. It is a child bedroom with its toys.
The office has a desk, a phone and a built-in wall bookcase.
The open and separate eat-in kitchen is equipped with four induction hotplates, an electric oven, a microwave, a cooker hood, a fridge and a freezer (combo), a dishwasher, a washing machine, a double stainless-steel sink, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The two bathrooms are tiled with marble and they have no windows. They have a bath with handheld showerhead, two washbasins surmounted by a mirror and a toilet.
Second childbed and changing tables are available on request.
