One bedroom with balcony in the Monmartre area

Located between Rue Ordener and Rue Marcadet, this spacious 65m² one-bedroom apartment is very charming. It is bright, fully equipped totally refurbished and tastefully decorated with contemporary furniture.
Not very far from this vivid and safe neighborhood is the Montmartre area. Climbing up the knoll one finds the famous Sacred Heart Basilica, and the nice Place du Tertre with the numerous painters, drawers, and caricaturists. Close to the apartment are the Montmartre's Town Hall, a daily open-air market, and all kinds of shops, restaurants, and bars.
The metro line drives you directly to the center of Paris going through La Madeleine, Place de la Concorde until Sèvres-Babylone and the 6th Arrondissement. The bus line number 31 drives you directly to the Place de l'Etoile and line 80 to the Champs Elysées or the Eiffel Tower.
The apartment is situated on the 5th floor of a seven stories well-maintained 19th century elevator building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom.
The apartment has painted walls and wooden floor, the kitchen, the bathroom and the separate toilet are tiled and there is wall-to-wall carpet in the bedroom.
The entry door opens on a large hallway corridor. On the right-hand side is the living room, on the left-hand side are the kitchen, the separate toilet, the bathroom and the bedroom.

The 15m² bedroom faces the courtyard, it has a window with manual rolling shutters. It is furnished with a (160cm-wide) bed, a large mirrored wardrobe a cabled TV and a VCR.
The bathroom has a window facing the courtyard, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, and a bath with handheld showerhead.
The separate kitchen has a window facing the courtyard. It is equipped with large fridge combined with a freezer, three gas burners and an electric one, a microwave, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine with a combined dryer, a toaster, a coffee maker and all the utensils.
Heating and water heater are individual with gas.
The telephone is restricted to reception calls.
The nearest metro station is Jules Joffrin Line 12.
