Luxurious one bedroom apartment in the Marais area

Located between Rue St Martin and Rue Quincampoix, this cozy 55m² one bedroom apartment in centrally located, very close to the Marais area. It is just a few steps away from the pedestrian Place Pompidou with the renowned Musée Beaubourg. The apartment is located in one of the oldest street of the city, a few steps away from the Marais, the Halles or 2 metro stations away from St Germain des Pres. The apartment is situated on the fourth floor of an 18th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment faces the street (northern exposure) and the courtyard (southern exposure), it has wooden floor everywhere except in the shower room, which is tiled. The entry door opens on a corridor, which leads to the bedroom with its communicating bathroom, the separate toilet on the right-hand side and the living room with the open kitchen in the end. The 35m² living room has three double-glazed windows facing the street. It is furnished with a (90cm-wide) sofa bed, armchairs, a coffee table, a dining table, a sideboard, a desk, a cabled TV, a stereo and a phone. The open kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, four gas burners, a cooker hood, a fridge, a freezer, a stainless-steel sink, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer combo, and all the utensils. The 15m² bedroom has a double-glazed window facing the courtyard. It is furnished with a 140cm-wide bed, built-in-wall cupboards, a cabled TV (English channels such as CNN) , a VCR and a phone. The communicating and open shower room has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a shower. An Internet connection is available. Heating and water heater are individual with gas. The nearest metro station are Rambuteau Line 11 or Etienne Marcel Line 4.
