Quiet modern and clear one bedroom apartment close to the Oberkampf area
|
Located between Rue Oberkampf and Rue de la Fontaine au Roi, this one bedroom apartment is in a mostly residential area and it has all the facilities and services down the street. The building is just a few steps away from the famous Père Lachaise cimetery and the Oberkampf trendy area with its numerous restaurants and cafes.
This very quiet 38m² one bedroom is situated on the ground floor of a modern 20th century walk-up (70) building facing a green courtyard. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. There is also a concierge. The apartment has a southwest exposure. All the bay windows are facing a co-ownership garden with a direct access from the open eat-in kitchen, the living room and the bedroom. There is also a private terrace opening on the courtyard.
The main rooms have a direct access on the adjoining courtyard. The apartment has white painted walls and there is wooden floor every where except in the bathroom.
The entry door opens on a hallway. On the left hand side is the desk corner. On the right hand side is the bathroom. Facing it is the living room with the open eat-in kitchen. The bedroom is on the left-hand side.
The 13-m2 living room has one large bay window. It is decorated with a (140 cm wide) sofa bed, a dinning table, a coffee table and a cabled TV.
The 12-m2 bedroom has a large bay window. It is decorated with a (140 cm wide) double bed, large shelves, a desk, and an electric piano.
The open eat-in kitchen has a window .It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, a cooker hood, four electric hotplates, a coffee maker, toaster, stainless steel sink, a combined fridge and freezer and an electric oven.
The bathroom is all tiled. It has a shower with glass sliding doors, a ceramic washbasin surmounted with a mirror and with a cupboard above, a toilet, and a combined washing machine and dryer.
The nearest metro stations are Parmentier and St Maur Line 3.
