Nice little studio in the St. Germain area

Located between Carrefour de la Croix Rouge and rue des Saints Peres, in the heart of the Saint Germain quarter and a walking distance from all main schools and universities.
The flat is a few minutes away from the renowned Boulevard Saint Germain, the ravishing Luxembourg Garden, the Seine River, and most of the monuments and points of interest. Also, in the neighborhood there are excellent quality services such as fine bakeries, selected supermarkets, and the well-known daily Buci open air market.
Situated on the 5th floor of a hausmanian walkup building with 2 security codes, this 13m2 room is south oriented and overlooks the courtyard.
The room has white walls and parquet floor and is furnished with a sofa bed, a hanger and 2 shelves.
