This fully furnished studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor (considered 4th in America) of an 18th century building in the Ile Saint-Louis area of Paris, France. The building features a concierge and a security system. It has a western exposure and faces a courtyard.
As you enter this L-shaped studio, find exposed wooden ceiling beams, white walls, and red brick tiled floor. It is fully furnished with a table that folds away for storage (as well as the matching chairs), chest of drawers, a television and a sofa. Around the corner, there is a double-sized bed and windows overlooking the courtyard. The open yellow-tiled kitchen features finished wooden cabinets with utensils. It also has vitro ceramic burners, a microwave oven and a small fridge. For your convenience, a washer is installed. The white and blue tiled bathroom has a tub/shower, a towel heater rack, a sink and w/c. Towels are provided.
This studio apartment is located in the 4th arrondissement of Paris, on Ile St Louis, rue Saint-Louis-en-L’Isle between Quai Saint Louis and Rue des Deux Ponts. Crossing the island from northwest to southeast, this mostly residential street is situated in one of the most beautiful Parisian neighborhoods. Along it, there are numerous little shops, cozy crêperies, and restaurants, often in vaulted cellars, which creates an attractive setting for an elegant meal. While strolling along the quays or picnicking on the banks of the Seine River, you are treated to views of the Hotel De Ville, Quartier Latin, Panthéon, Ile de la Cité, and Notre Dame Cathedral.
The nearest metro station is Pont Marie, which services Metro 7, right on the other side of the river.

The apartment is very well located in the center of Paris. It is close to virtually any store necessary. Food shopping is cose by with small supermarkets in close vicinity and a larger supermarket no more than 5-6 minutes away. |

The apartment was exactly as shown and described on your website. It was very quiet and clean. I would use your company again and refer it to friends. The only two comments I would make were that the landlord's cleaning person/service had washed the bed linens and hadn't put them on the bed. Which truly isn't a big deal, but when one arrives tired one usually prefers to plop into bed. Also, the landlord had forgotten to turn on the hot water the previous day, so I couldn't shower until the following day. (The tank is very large and took a while to heat up). I am not complaining, just providing feedback. Every other encounter I had with the landlord was wonderful. He was very helpful, as was the concierge. I wish you success with your fall rentals. |
