Located at the corner of Rue de Vaugirard and Rue Servandoni, this flat overlooks south on the Luxembourg gardens.
The apartment is located on the famous St. Germain des Pres area, in the 6th district, situated in a selected residential and commercial street where there are many latest fashion shops.
Close to it are the Boulevard Saint Germain and not far, the Seine River, and the Musee d'Orsay.
This 27m2 one bedroom flat is situated on the 4th floor of a building with stairs and protected by a code system.
The lay out is as follows: the main door opens onto an entrance/dining room, on the right hand side is the bathroom and WC and on the left hand side is the separate kitchen. Beyond the open door is the main room. There is wooden floor every where except in the kitchen and the bathroom and double-glazed windows.
The dining area has a window, a large desk which is used as a dining table, four chairs, 3 built in shelves for books, a small marble topped chest of drawers, a telephone and a minitel.
The living room with three double windows has a single trundle bed (two single beds, one of which can be stored under the first), two armchairs and a chair, closets, three lamps and a sideboard, a marble topped occasionnal table and a shelffull of house plants, a TV/VCR and an internet high speed connection.
The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with 2 gas burners, a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine/dryer combo and a sink. There is wall built shelves for food and a 5 ground level drawers.
The small bathroom has a tub and a wall mounted shower hander, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a built in cupboard for brooms. vacuum cleaner and few clothes, and a WC.
Sheets and towels are provided as well as dinnerware for up to four people.
Nearest metro stations are Luxembourg (line RER B), Mabillon (line 10), Odeon (lines 10 & 4) and Rennes (line 12).
