This furnished three-bedroom apartment is situated in the historical area of Paris between the rue Saint Honoré and the Rive Gauche Seine River. Centrally located, it faces the Louvre with its glass pyramid and the adjoining Jardin des Tuileries. This apartment offers a rare perspective from the Seine, with lovely views of Paris. In short walking distance to the river, this excellent location is also very close to Place de la Concorde and to the beautiful Champs Elysées Avenue, to the Opera Garnier, and to the posh Place Vendome. There are gorgeous restaurants, very nice cafés and chic boutiques all around this accommodation.
Layout:
This 172m² (approx. 1,850 sq. ft.) luxury three-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of an 1856 Hausmannien building with an elevator. The main entrance gate has a security system and there is also a concierge. The exposure is south and the apartment faces two different streets. There are also exterior shutters on the windows and reinforced double glazing to lessen any noise. The apartment has a large corridor; on the left is the 60m2 (approx. 645 sq. ft.) living room and on the right is the dining room (which connects with the living room). The latter room can be used as a TV room or a dining area. Opposite that is a narrow corridor which leads to the first bedroom; a little further down is the bathroom and at the end is the kitchen.
Premises:
The living room has three windows with a southern exposure with a nice view of Paris: the Seine, the Mazarine Institut and the Louvre. There are a decorative fireplace, a stereo, a sofa and some armchairs in a Louis XVI and Directoire style, as well as a coffee table with art books. It is decorated with some antique paintings and there are other antique decorative items in a closet with two glass doors, vintage Louis XVI furniture with a very nice finish. It has a parquet floor with rugs. There is molding on the ceiling, the walls and the door.
The dining room is furnished with a table and 12 chairs, two wooden closets, a TV, a VCR, and a sofa.
The first 22m² (approx. 235 sq. ft.) bedroom has one window and two single beds.
The 18m² (approx. 190 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window facing a quiet street and offering a very nice view of Paris. It has wall-to-wall carpeting and is furnished with a wooden desk with an armchair in the same style as the living room, a queen size bed and a TV. .
The third bedroom (22m² - approx. 235 sq. ft.) has a double bed and one window.
The separate and eat-in kitchen is all white tiled and has a window looking out onto the courtyard. On one side in a connecting room is a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with the following elements: an electric oven, four gas burners, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a double sink, a coffee maker, a toaster and all the necessary utensils.

The bathroom has a shower with a sliding glass door, a Napoleon washbasin with a mirror and a plastic closet, and a toilette.
