Charming studio in the Republique area

Located between Rue Reaumur and Rue Beaubourg, this 18m² studio is just a few steps away from the pedestrian Place Pompidou with the renowned Musée Beaubourg. The apartment is just a few steps away from the Marais, the Halles or 2 metro stations away from St Germain des Pres.
It is situated on the sixth floor of a 18th century walk-up building. A security system and an intercom protect the main entrance gate. The apartment faces the street, it has a west exposure. It has painted walls, beams and wooden floor everywhere except in the bathroom, which is tiled.
The entry door opens directly on the 14 m2 living room. The shower room and the open kitchen are on the right-hand side.
The living room has a window. It is furnished with a (140cm wide) sofa bed, a wooden closet, a dining table, shelves, a TV with VCR and a stereo.
The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge, two electric hotplates, a microwave, a stainless-steel sink, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
The shower room has a window with interior shade and a skylight. It has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower and a toilet.
The nearest metro stations are Arts et Métriers, Rambuteau Line 11, Châtelet les Halles Line 1-4-7-11 and RER A/B, Hotel de ville Line 1-11.
