Spacious two bedroom loft in the Marais area

Located between Boulevard Beaumarchais and Rue de Turenne is this spacious designer 110m² loft 2-bedroom apartment. It is located in a charming area with old buildings and hotels particuliers. The apartment is between the Oberkampf area and the Marais with many trendy cafes, restaurants and shops. The neighborhood has all the facilities and services and it overflows of artist galleries and design shops. In a short walking distance are the Place de la Bastille, Place des Vosges, the Picasso Museum or the Place de la Republique. The apartment is situated on the first floor of an 18th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The apartment has a western exposure, facing evergreens and courtyards, it has painted walls, beams and wooden floor. The entry door opens on a hallway leading to a large 90m² open space, which is divided into a 55m² living room with open kitchen and a 35m² bedroom separated by a curtain. The bathroom adjoins the master bedroom and a 6m² bedroom. The small bedroom also communicates with the living room. The living room has six windows facing the courtyard. It is decorated with a sofa, a dining table, a cabled TV with a combined VCR. The open kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, four ceramic hotplates, a cooker hood, a fridge, a freezer (combo), a dishwasher, a double stainless-steel sink, a washing machine and a dryer. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, sets of built-in wall closets, a stereo and a phone. The 6m² bedroom has a window. It is furnished with a 90cm-wide single bed. The bathroom has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bathtub with a handheld showerhead and a toilet. Heating and water heater are individual and electric. Internet access is available. The nearest metro station is St Sébastien du Froissart Line 8.
