Bedroom 2: 15m˛, two windows, carpeted floor, double bed (160 cm), antique chinese chest of drawers, built-in wall closet, paintings, and walk-in closet with dryer.
Bathroom 2: marble floor, washbasin surmounted by a mirror, bathtub with wall-mounted shower head, design radiator.
Bedroom 3 - Office Room: 20 m2, corner room with three windows, oak floor, antique persian rug, wardrobe, office desk and bookcases. 140 cm wide sofa bed available on request.
Fully equipped eat-in kitchen: window facing the courtyard, tiled floor, four induction burners, cooker hood, electric oven, microwave owen, large refrigerator with combo freezer and ice maker (GE), dishwasher, washing machine, double stainless-steel sink. Glass table with seating for two/three. Electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
Dishware, silverware, and cooking ustensils.
Heating and water are collective with the building.
The closest metro stations are Solférino (Line 12), Varennes (Line 13),
and Invalides (Line 8). Numerous bus lines, public parking nearby.
