Small studette in a nice location
This small 12m2 studette is ideally located between Rue du Bac and Bd Saint-Germain at a few meters from the metro station Rue du Bac and the Saint-Thomas Church in a residential and chic area. The streets in the vicinity abound with smart fashion shops, in vogue restaurants and cafes, art galleries, cinemas, and markets. It also very near to the Saint-Germain des Prés area and the Louvres museum.

This apartment is located on the sixth floor of an 1890 walk-up building. A private key protects the main entrance gate and there is a concierge in the building. The apartment faces a calm inner courtyard and has wall-to-wall paper on the walls and carpeted floor.

The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it is a 11m2 living room and open kitchen as well as on the left hand-side of the entry door a bathroom. The toilet is on the corridor outside the apartment (the toilet is locked and to be shared with other tenants of the same the floor). It has a small window and a small washbasin.

The main room has two windows and is decorated with a single bed (80 wide), a desk and a chair, a cable TV and a telephone. The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a small fridge, and a sink. The bathroom is tiled and fitted with a shower.

DSL Internet connection and cable included.

The nearest metro station is Rue du Bac (line 12) and the RER C station Musée d'Orsay is not far away.

 I was absolutely delighted with this apartment - everything was as advertised.
I was absolutely delighted with this apartment - everything was as advertised. Even when there were problems, the landlords were always available and attentive. I hope that my next experience renting with NY Habitat will be as good as this one!
