Charming studio in the Place du Tertre
|
Located on the famous Place du Tertre at a few meters from the famous Sacré Coeur basilica, this 30m2 studio apartment is comfortable and ideal for a couple.
There are many sorts of typical shops, restaurants, bars, and also painters and caricaturists working in the open air in the whole neighborhood. While walking in Montmartre, another option is to visit the museums: Espace Salvador Daly, Museum of the old Montmartre, Musee d'art naif. Few blocks to the South is the Pigalle area known for the French typical show houses.
This apartment is situated on the first floor of a 1930's walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by two security systems and there is a concierge in the building as well.
The walls are white painted and there is wooden floor almost everywhere.
The apartment faces a calm inner courtyard.
The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it is a entry hall opening onto the 23m2 living room. The separate and open eat-in kitchen is on the left hand-side of the living room and the bathroom and toilet are also on the left hand-side at the end of a small corridor.
The living room has a large window and is decorated with a sofa, a dining table and its matching chairs, a small table and a lamp, a satelite-TV, a closet, and a double bed (140 wide).
The separate and open kitchen is tiled and has a small window. It is equipped with a microwave and oven, a small fridge, two vitro ceramic burners, a stainless sink, a washing machine and a coffee maker.
The bathroom is tiled and has a window. It is fitted with a shower, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet.
Internet (DSL) available.
The nearest metro station is Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (Line 12)
