This furnished two-bedroom apartment in the Marais in Paris is located on the 6th floor of a building from the 19th century, which has been recently renovated. The building is protected by a digicode, which gives access to the hall and an interphone in order to get to the elevator and staircase. This furnished apartment has a view on the roofs and two small balconies with chairs. The apartment has a phone and Internet access. The windows in the living-room and one of the bedrooms are exposed southwest with a view on the courtyard. The window in the second bedroom is exposed northeast with a view on the street. The apartment is very close to the rue de Rivoli in the Marais in Paris. It is well known for shopping as it has a multitude of stores.
