One bedroom apartment in the Pigalle area

Located between Rue Fontaine and Rue Blanche this 75m² one-bedroom apartment is located in a cosmopolitan and busy area, with famous seafood restaurants not far, this area becomes every day more demanded by the locals. It is also known for its cabaret shows, which represents the true Paris Spirit especially the world-famous cabaret Moulin Rouge, well known for the French cancan dance. In a few minutes walking distance, is located the Montmartre Knoll where is the pleasant Place du Tertre with its traditional painters and caricaturists working in the open air. Also, there is the Sacred Heart Basilica, open 24 hours per day, built with private funds only a Vows National Association was created to collect them. Consecrated in 1919 it was only finished in 1923.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a 20th century building with concierge. it faces the street (northern exposure) and the courtyard (western exposure).
The entry door opens on a living room with its open kitchen. In the end are an office space, a bedroom, the separate toilet and the bathroom. The apartment has wooden floor everywhere except in the kitchen, the separate toilet and the bathroom, which are tiled.
The 30m² living room has a double-glazed window facing the street. It is furnished with a 140cm-wide sofa bed, a coffee table, a desk, a sideboard and a stereo.
The open kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, four gas burners, a cooker hood, a fridge combined with a freezer, a stainless-steel sink, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The 15m² office space has a window facing the courtyard. It is furnished with cabinets, sets of shelves, a desk, armchairs, a phone and a fax machine.
A DSL connection is available.
The 20m² bedroom has a double-glazed window facing the courtyard. It is furnished with a 160cm-wide bed, sets of built-in wall shelves, a wardrobe, a TV and a VCR.
The bathroom has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bathtub with a handheld showerhead, a shower cabin and a washing machine.
Heating and water heater are individual with gas.
The nearest metro station is Pigalle line 2-12.
