Cosy and comfortable 70m2 one bedroom apartment situated between The Seine River and the Bd Saint-Germain in a small historic street. Located between Bd Saint-Germain and Quai de la Tournelle, this charming and cozy 1 bedroom is only at a few meters from the Seine River. In addition to the number of restaurants, nice pubs, and cafes, downhill is the well-known Maubert open-air market and, a little farther, the Mouffetard open-air market, with all their fresh French bread and pastries, choice fruits, vegetables, cheese, and seafood. All around there are many other fine stores, other selected restaurants, and supermarkets. This apartment is located on the second floor of a well maintained 15th century building having an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and there is an intercom and a concierge as well in the building. The exposure is southeast and it faces a calm inner garden and the street side. There are beams on the ceilings and carpeted floor almost everywhere. The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter the apartment is a small entry hall with a closet opening onto the 40m2 living room and open eat-in kitchen. The bathroom is all tiled and has a window facing the inner garden. It is fitted with a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead and a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet. There are 2 Laundromats near the apartment at an easy walking distance. The nearest metro station is Maubert Mutualité (line 10), bus line N°24.
