Cosy and comfortable 70m2 one bedroom apartment situated between The Seine River and the Bd Saint-Germain in a small historic street.
Located between Bd Saint-Germain and Quai de la Tournelle, this charming and cozy 1 bedroom is only at a few meters from the Seine River.
In addition to the number of restaurants, nice pubs, and cafes, downhill is the well-known Maubert open-air market and, a little farther, the Mouffetard open-air market, with all their fresh French bread and pastries, choice fruits, vegetables, cheese, and seafood. All around there are many other fine stores, other selected restaurants, and supermarkets.
This apartment is located on the second floor of a well maintained 15th century building having an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and there is an intercom and a concierge as well in the building.
The exposure is southeast and it faces a calm inner garden and the street side.
There are beams on the ceilings and carpeted floor almost everywhere.
The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter the apartment is a small entry hall with a closet opening onto the 40m2 living room and open eat-in kitchen. The bathroom and toilet is on the left hand-side of the living room and the 25m2 bedroom is on right hand-side of the entry hall.
The living room has three windows viewing the inner garden and is decorated with two sofas, a coffee table, chairs and armchairs, a dining table, a decorative fireplace and a large bookcase as well as other decorative items.
This room is equipped with a TV and telephone.
The bedroom has three windows facing the street side and is furnished with a king size bed, two bedside tables, a closet, a chest of drawers, a telephone and TV.
The open eat-in kitchen is tiled and equipped with a microwave, two gas burners and two electric burners, a fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The bathroom is all tiled and has a window facing the inner garden. It is fitted with a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead and a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet.
There are 2 Laundromats near the apartment at an easy walking distance.
The nearest metro station is Maubert Mutualité (line 10), bus line N°24.
