Cosy one bedroom apartment with view on the Eiffel Tower

Located between Rue Desaix and Avenue de La Motte Piquet, this 63m² one-bedroom apartment with the view over the Eiffel Tower is near the area of Invalides where everything is on the monumental scale. Starting from the sprawling 18th century buildings of the Ecole Militaire, the Parc du Champs de Mars stretches down to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. The avenues around the Tower are lined with luxurious buildings, some in the Art Nouveaux style, and numerous embassies. The Eiffel Tower originally built to impress visitors to the Universal Exhibition of 1889, was meant to be temporary, La Tour Eiffel is now the symbol of Paris. It's as well a few metro stations away from Montparnasse tower and St Germain des pres. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a 1960's elevator building with concierge. It is a very bright apartment with a view on the Eiffel Tower from every window. The Champ de Mars is just down the apartment. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system as well as an intercom. Walls are painted and there is wood floor everywhere except in the kitchen, the shower room and the separate toilet. The entry door opens on a hallway leading to the kitchen on the left-hand side, a walk-in closet on the right-hand side and the living room in the end. From the living room is the access to a corridor leading to the separate toilet, the shower room and the bedroom. The apartment faces the garden, it has a northwestern exposure. The 30m² living room has two double-glazed windows and a balcony. It is furnished with a dining table, a 150cm-wide sofa bed, a bookcase, a TV, a VCR, a stereo and a phone. The 13m² bedroom has a double-glazed window with interior blinds, facing the garden. It is furnished with a 160cm-wide bed, a closet, a side table and a desk. The Eiffel Tower is blinking directly to the bed. The separate kitchen has a window facing the garden. It is equipped with two ceramic hotplates, a electric oven, a microwave, a cooker hood, a dishwasher, a stainless-steel sink, a washing machine, a coffee maker and an expresso machine. The shower room has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a shower cabin. Heating and water heater are collective with the building. High speed internet connection available. The nearest metro stations are La Motte Picquet Grenelle (lines 6,8,10) Dupleix (line 6). Several bus lines pass in front of the apartment and can cover the whole city.
