This comfortable 50m2 two-bedroom apartment with balcony is bright and centrally located between the Quais de Seine - Viaducq des Arts and the famous and trendy Bastille area. Situated in the "Coulée Verte" neighborhood, this apartment is surrounded by shops, markets and open-markest such as the famous and exotic "marché d'Aligre" as well as the Bastille one. At an easy walking distance you will also find the Rue de la Roquette and Rue de Lappe. The Marais area with its Place des Vosges is also at a short distance from the apartment either by metro, bus or just walking. This two-bedroom apartment is located on the fifth floor with elevator of a well-maintained 1900's building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The exposure is southwest and it faces both the street (double glazing on every window) and the courtyard. The walls are painted and there is wooden floor almost everywhere. It is equipped with a microwave, three gas burners and an electric one, an electric oven, a fridge and freezer (combo), a dishwasher, a washing machine and separate dryer and a coffee maker. The bathroom is all tiled and has two windows. It is fitted with a shower, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet. The nearest metro stations are Ledru Rollin (line 8) and Bastille (line 1).
