Small studio for one person

This 10-m2 studio is located in the 13th area of Paris, between Le Boulevard D'Arago and la rue Corvisart. Les Gobelins - name originated on a family of dry cleaners having lived in this area from the 15th to the 16th century. This area abounds in all kind of shops, typical restaurants, bars, and cinemas. At the top of the Avenue des Gobelins is the cinema Gaumont Italie, the widest screen in France. Every Friday at 10h30 p.m., 10.000 roller-men leave from Place d'Italie for a night excursion throughout Paris. The closest subway station is Gobelins, (line 7). It is situated in a 1970-century building, on the 3rd floor, having an elevator, a security system and a concierge. The studio has a private entrance, but there is a closed door between the room and the owner's kitchen. The studio apartment is furnished with a sofa bed (click clack 140 wide) a small desk with a stool, a TV, a lamp. It has a window, West exposure, opening on a herbaceous quiet garden. It is wall to wall carpeted. The bathroom in the bedroom has a shower with a wall-mounted showerhead, protected by a blue plastic curtain, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and the toilet. An internet connection is available. The nearest metro station is Les Gobelins (line 7).
