Small one bedroom apartment
This newly renovated 20m2 one bedroom duplex apartment is located in the heart of Paris in the seventh arrondissement, in a quiet street between Rue du Bac and the Bd Saint Germain at only a few meters from the metro Rue du Bac.

The apartment is close to the sophisticated Saint Germain des Près district with excellent quality services everywhere such as sophisticated shops, restaurants, and cafes, as well as the choice well-known daily Buci' open air market. It is also in a distance to the main points of interest such as the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg, Musée d'Orsay, the Seine River and its unique delightful islands - Ile Saint Louis and Ile de la Cité with the Notre Dame Cathedral.

Also at a short distance is the Hotel Matignon the Prime Minister's house and the RODIN Museum where you will be able to discover his wonderful sculptures (The Burghers of Calais, the Hand of God and obviously the Thinker). The apartment is close to the Invalides built in 1670 by Louis XIV to provide housing for 4000 disabled veterans.

The newly renovated duplex apartment is on the third and fourth floor of an 18th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and there is a concierge in the building. The exposure is north south and the apartment faces a nice little courtyard. The walls are painted in white.

It is as follows: the first floor has a 6m2 bedroom and separate bathroom with tiled shower, toilet and large mirrored vanity.

On the second floor is the 10m2 living room and its open eat-in kitchen.

The living room has three windows, red brick tiles and is furnished with a sofa bed (140 wide), a coffee table, a stereo, a folding dining table with its matching chairs, bookshelves, a small closet and a telephone.

The bedroom has a white beamed ceiling, two windows and coco-mating on the floor. It is furnished with a single bed (80 wide), a cable TV with VCR (combo), a small table with a drawer, a telephone and a lamp. There are storage boxes under the bed.

The open kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel electric oven, two electric cooktop burners, a small fridge, a small dishwasher and a sink.

A wireless internet connection is available.

The bathroom is tiled and fitted with a shower, a vanity surmounted by a mirror and an electric toilet.

The nearest metro station is Rue du Bac (line 12).
