This 15sqm (161sqft) furnished studio apartment is great for the solo explorer. You can find it on the 8th (9th American equivalent) floor of a 20th century building equipped with an elevator, in the 17th arrondissement, Place De Wagram - Ternes. Better known as a residential side of Paris, Ternes is an authentic quarter that will give you more than a taste of living like a local.
Two blocks from the apartment, you’ll find Rue Poncelet (550m/.34mi) - home to a traditional French street market, complete with fresh produce, French cheeses, roasted chicken and more. Chat with local vendors and pick out some regional goodies to cook in the open kitchen. You’ll find everything you need in the main room of this studio. The studio is small, but comfortable and practical for one person, very close to transports (metro station line 1, 3, RER C and bus stop), supermarkets, laundry and all the facilities. |

The apartment is small but it is being put to good use. I spent 2 months there and I could reach my office in a 15-minute subway ride, so it was perfect. The only weak point is that there is no sink in the kitchen. This apartment matches the website pictures. You will even have your own lift. |

My only comment is that the occupants of the apartment above me were sometimes very noisy. They seemed to be a family with small children who liked running around in their place and the parents apparently couldn't keep their children to be quiet so as not to disturb other occupants in the building. |
