Quiet and bright studio
|
Located between Boulevard Pereire and Place du Maréchal Juin, this studio is just a few steps away from l'Avenue des Ternes. The neighbourhood is very lively, with many shops, restaurants. Very quickly one can be at the Champs Elysées, where you will find cinemas, restaurants, modern fashion shops. The Arc de Triomphe is not very far.
The 15m2 studio is situated on the 8th floor of a 1970 century building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and there is a concierge in the building, as well. The elevator is private to the 8th floor, where the owner has his own apartment. The apartment faces a courtyard, it has a Western exposure, and there is wooden floor except in the shower room, which is tiled.
The entry door opens on the living room, and on the left hand side is a small corridor leading to the shower room.
The living room has a double glazed window with stores. It is furnished with a sofa bed (140 wide) a little dining table and two chairs, a TV. There are two electric burners and a little fridge as well set up on a shelf. There is a standing lamp and a carpet.
The corridor has a closet along the wall. The shower room is tiled and includes a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower protected by a plastic curtain, a wall mounted showerhead, and a toilet.
The nearest metro station is Pereire (line 3) and RER (line C).
Hot water and heating are both collective.
