Two bedroom apartment close to the Eiffel Tower

Neighborhood:
Located between Place de Mexico and Rue de Longchamp, this two-bedroom apartment is located in the 16th Arrondissement. A few steps away from Trocadero with its museums, theatres and gardens, the neighborhood is lively with a lot of shops and restaurants. The Eiffel Tower is also very close by.
Premises:
This nice 60m² (approx. 645 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment, which is very bright and clear, is situated on the second floor of a 19th century building with an elevator, a security system and an intercom. It faces the street with a northern exposure and the courtyard with a southwest exposure. It has wood floors everywhere except in the kitchen and the bathroom, which are tiled. There are white walls and rugs in almost every room.
Layout:
The entry door opens into the living room. On the left are the kitchen and the toilet; on the right is a small corridor leading to the bedrooms and the bathroom.
The 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) living room has a curtained window facing the quiet courtyard with a view of a garden. It is decorated with two sofas, a coffee table that can be used as a dining table, two armchairs, an antique sideboard, and lamps.

The 12m2 (approx. 125 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window facing the street; it is equipped with a double-size bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, a large wardrobe with a washbasin inside, a writing desk and a stereo.
The small kitchen has a window facing the courtyard, is equipped with a microwave with a mini oven, a dishwasher, three gas burners (one electric), a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The bathroom has a washbasin topped by a mirror and a bath with a handled showerhead. The washing machine/dryer is in the built-in wall closet in the corridor.
The toilet is separate and has a window.
The nearest metro stations are Victor Hugo (line 2), Trocadero (lines 6, 9) and Rue de la Pompe (line 9).
