Cozy and bright one bedroom apartment

This comfortable and bright 65m2 one bedroom apartment is situated in a cosmopolitan street between Gare de l'Est and Strasbourg Saint-Denis near one of the Paris most tourist area.
Near the apartment, you will find the "Grands Boulevards" that are lined with 19th century buildings and used to be the center of "café" and theatre life in the 18th and 19th centuries. They offer restaurants, bars, shops like "Galeries Lafayette", markets and cinemas. At 10 minutes walk is the "Opéra Garnier", which was intended to establish a "Napoleon III"; the result was a neo-baroque building.
This apartment is located on the sixth and last floor of an 20th century building having an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by two security systems and there is a concierge in the building. The exposure is east west and it faces both the street and courtyard side.
The walls are white painted and there is wooden floor almost everywhere as well as white painted beams on the ceilings.
The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it is a 12m2 office room on the right hand-side of which is the 8m2 bedroom. On the left hand-side of the office room is a corridor with on one side the bathroom and on the opposite side a separate toilet. The corridor opens onto the 35m2 living room and open eat-in kitchen.

The bedroom has a window and is furnished with a futon bed (180 wide), a closet and wardrobe and a telephone.
The open eat-in kitchen has a window and is equipped with an electric oven, two induction burners and two vitro ceramic burners, a fridge and freezer (combo), dishwasher, a washing machine, a sink, a coffee maker and water boiler.
The bathroom is entirely tiled and has a window facing the street. It is fitted with a corner tub with a hand-held showerhead, an open shower, and a washbasin surmounted by a mirror. Toilet is separate.
The nearest metro station is Gare de l'Est (line 7).
