This comfortable and bright 65m2 one bedroom apartment is situated in a cosmopolitan street between Gare de l'Est and Strasbourg Saint-Denis near one of the Paris most tourist area.
Near the apartment, you will find the "Grands Boulevards" that are lined with 19th century buildings and used to be the center of "café" and theatre life in the 18th and 19th centuries. They offer restaurants, bars, shops like "Galeries Lafayette", markets and cinemas.
