Basic studio steps away from the Arc de Triomphe
|
Located between Rue de Courcelles and Rue de Prony, this cosy and bright 14m² studio apartment is just a few steps away from the Arc de Triomphe. The neighborhood is very lively, with many shops and restaurants Rue de Courcelles and Rue Poncelet with its open market. In A short walking distance are the charming Parc Monceau and the Champs Elysées.
The apartment is situated on the sixth and top floor of a 20th century Haussmann period walk-up building with concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The apartment faces the street (northwest exposure). It has white-painted walls, double-glazing, wall-to-wall carpet everywhere except for the shower room, which is tiled.
The 12m² living room has a window. It is furnished with a 80cm-wide bed, a dining table.
The open kitchen has a small fridge, a stainless-steel sink, two electric burners, a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The shower room has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower cabin and a toilet with sanibroyeur.
Heating and water heater are electric.
The nearest metro stations are Courcelles (line 2), Malesherbes (line 3).
