Located between Rue Vieille du temple and Rue de Thorigny, this cozy studio is located in a charming area with old buildings and hotels particuliers. The apartment is between the Oberkampf area and the Marais, which have many trendy cafes, restaurants and shops. The neighborhood has all the facilities and services and it overflows of artist galleries and design shops. In a short walking distance are the Place de la Bastille, Place des Vosges, the Picasso Museum or the Place de la Republique. The 20m² studio is situated on the fifth floor of an 18th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The apartment faces the street, it has a south exposure. The walls are white-painted and the apartment has wooden floor everywhere except in the shower room, which is tiled. The entry door opens directly into the living room with its open kitchen. The shower room is on the left-hand side. The 18m² living room has two windows, it is furnished with a (140cm wide) sofa bed, a dining table, a wardrobe, a TV, a DVD and a stereo. The open kitchen is equipped with two vitroceramics, a stainless-steel sink, a small fridge and a coffee maker. The shower room has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower with a plastic curtain, a toilet and a washing machine. Heating and water heater are individual and electric. The nearest metro station are St Sebastien du Froissart or Filles du Calvaire (line 8).
