Quiet one bedroom apartment

Located between Rue de Rivoli and the Place Beaubourg, this comfortable 45m2 1 bedroom apartment is situated in a calm street in the Marais and Halles area. This historic offers diverse sorts of shops, number of selected, international, and basic restaurants, and pleasant cafes. North exposed with a view on a calm courtyard, this apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 18th century walk-up building equipped with a security system and an intercom.
