Studio apartment in Montmartre

Located between Rue Chappe and Rue Ravignan, next to the street where Amelie Poulain was shot, this charming 30m² studio is in the heart of the Montmartre Knoll. One of the most visited tourist point in Paris, very close to Place des Abesses and Place Godeau, where Picasso painted at the famous "bateau lavoir", it is a strictly residential street. It is also a few steps away from the charming Place du Tertre, where painters and other caricaturists are creating and showing there work in the open air. Another point of interest is the sacred Heart Basilica one of the most known churches of Paris. In all this area there are number of typical restaurants and cafes in addition to diverse sorts of basic services.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a 18th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The apartment has double-glazing, white-painted walls and tiled floor. It has a southern exposure, facing garden.
The 24m² living room has a window. It is furnished with a (160cm wide) sofa bed, a large closet, a desk, a cable TV and a coffee table.
The separate eat-in kitchen has a window. It is equipped with a small fridge, two vitroceramics, an electric oven combined with a microwave, a stainless-steel sink, a washing machine with combined dryer, a cooker hood , a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
The shower room has a window with interior shade and a skylight. It has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower and a toilet.
Heating and water heater are individual and electric.
The nearest metro station is Abesses (line 12).
