Studio apartment close to the Arc de Triomphe
|
Located between Rue de Courcelles and Bd Malesherbes, this charming studio is just a few steps away from the Arc de Triomphe. The neighborhood is very lively, with many shops and restaurants Rue de Courcelles and Rue Poncelet with its open market. In a short walking distance are the charming Parc Monceau and the Champs Elysées.
The 35m² studio is situated on the first floor of a Haussmann period concierge building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. the apartment faces a courtyard.
The 30m² living room has a window with electric rolling shutters. It is furnished with a (90cm wide) sofa bed, a dining table, built-in wall closets, a piano, a stereo, a phone and a TV with sattelite. The mezzanine has a 140cm-wide bed.
The open kitchen has a small fridge, two ceramic burners, a sink, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker.
The bathroom is tiled. It includes two washbasins surmounted by a mirror, a tub, a shower and a toilet.
The nearest metro stations are Monceau (line 2), Malesherbes (line 3).
Heating is collective, water heater is individual.
A high speed internet connection and a cleaning service are also available.
