Bright and quiet studio apartment

Located between Rue de Turbigo and Rue aux Ours, this 21m² studio apartment is just a few steps away from the pedestrian Place Pompidou with the renowned Musée Beaubourg. The apartment is just a few steps away from the Marais, the Halles or 2 metro stations away from St Germain des Pres. It is situated on the sixth floor of a 19th century walk-up building with no concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom.The apartment faces the courtyard and the street, it has a south/west exposure. It has painted walls; double-glazing and wood floor everywhere except in the kitchen and the bathroom that are tiled. The entry door opens on a small hallway leading to the kitchen and the shower room on the right-hand side. On the left-hand side is the living room. The 19-m² living room has a window facing the street. It is furnished with a (140cm-wide) sofa bed, a pouf, and a lamp. The open kitchen has a window; it is equipped with two "vitroceramic" burners, a small fridge, a microwave, a dining table with two chairs and a stainless-steel sink.
