Former renovated hotel particulier in the heart of Paris
Located between Rue du Roi de Sicile and Rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie, this bright 15m2 studio apartment has a view over a nice courtyard in the heart of the Marais.

This quiet apartment is close to a historical area as well as in a very popular area. It is just steps away from the Ile de la Cité et l'Ile Saint Louis and five minutes from the Rive Gauche : Saint Michel/Saint Germain (Quartier Latin, Notre Dame de Paris and its famous universities).

It is close to a number of popular tourist attractions, as:
the Place des Vosges and numerous museums(Musée Picasso, Centre Georges Pompidou, Musée Carnavalet, Bibiothèques des Archives Nationaux, Les Hotels particuliers, Le Louvre, les Tuileries, Musée d'Orsay).

Metro and busses are within short walking distance, as well as theatres, cinemas, stores and food shops.

The apartment is situated on the third floor of a 17th century well-maintained walk-up building. A security system and the second front gate protect the main entrance gate as well.
The exposure is north for the living room, kitchen.
The walls are white painted and there are red tiled bricks on the floor and beams on the high ceiling (3,20m).

The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it is a small entry hall opening on the 15m2 living room and its open kitchen. Two closets as well as two bookcases are available. On the left hand side of the hallway are a bathroom and toilet.

The studio has a window opening onto the courtyard, with a nice view over it. It is decorated with 2 sofa bed (80 cm wide each), a dining table and its matching chairs, a TV, a telephone and stereo

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, two electric burners, a fridge a small stainless sink and a coffee maker.

The bathroom is all tiled and fitted with a shower protected by a plastic curtain, a washbasin surmounted by a medicine cabinet and a toilet.

The owner comes every week to change the sheets and linen. There is a laundry in the apartment.

The nearest metro stations are Saint-Paul (line 1) and Hotel de Ville (line 1, 11).

 I was very satisfied with my [furnished apartment in Paris].
I was very satisfied with my [furnished apartment in Paris]. It was small, but nice in the middle of the very lively and nice area of Marais. However due to the fact that the room was to the yard it was quite. The landlord is very amiable.
