Cozy one bedroom apartment

Located between Rue Gros and rue Rémusat, this quiet and charming 42m˛ apartment is. in the 16th district, a very exclusive area at only a few steps away from the Seine River.
Offering the amenities of central Paris such as excellent food shops, numerous fashionable stores, many restaurants, cafes, an open market and cinemas this selected mostly residential area called 'Auteuil', borders the wide and beautiful Bois de Boulogne. In ten to fifteen minutes distance by metro are the Trocadero neighborhood and the Eiffel Tower, as well as the Place de l'Etoile, the Champs Elysees or St Germain des Prés.
The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a 1930's elevator building with concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by 2 security systems. The apartment faces a courtyard and the street (eastern exposure and western exposure).
The entry door opens onto a corridor, with the shower room and the small kitchen on the right hand side, the bedroom at the end. On the left hand side is another corridor leading to the living area and the dressing room. Walls are painted and there is wooden floor everywhere except for the bathroom and the shower room, which are tiled.
The 14m˛ living room has a French window. It is furnished with a sofa, a dining table, armchairs, a cabled TV, a coffee table, an armchair, and a carpet.
The open small kitchen is equipped with a stainless-steel sink, four ceramic hotplates, an electric oven, a fridge, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The 15m˛ bedroom has a French door with manual shutters and curtains. It is furnished with a 140cm-wide bed, a decorative fireplace, and bedside tables.
The windowed bathroom has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a tub with a wall-mounted shower.
The nearest metro station is Mirabeau (line 10)
