Neighborhood: This furnished one bedroom apartment is located on Rue Royale between Place de la Madeleine and rue Saint Honoré. Remarkable for the luxurious stylish boutiques and restaurants, this street is the main line between Place de la Concorde, the largest place in Paris, situated along the Seine and delimiting the lower side of the famous Avenue des Champs Elysées, and Place de la Madeleine distinguished by the Madeleine church, which construction as a temple of Glory was decided by Napoleon Bonaparte. Across the Concorde Bridge above the Seine River, is the Saint Germain district, and also in a short walking distance, to the southwest is the most elegant Parisian Avenue Montaigne, and to the northeast, is the Opera Garnier neighboring the Madeleine. Naturally, all sorts of shops and conveniences are easily found in this neighborhood. Premises: This furnished 62m2 (approx 665 sq ft) one bedroom apartment is located on the sixth and top floor of an entirely renovated building from the 18th century with an intercom and a personal key operated elevator. The entrance door opens into a hall. The separate toilet is to the right. The hall leads to the living room and its mezzanine. The separate kitchen and the bedroom with private bathroom are accessible by the living room. Separated from the living room by double doors, the hall features a chest of drawers, a telephone and a lamp. The 31m2 (approx 330 sq ft) living room has three small windows with southern exposure overlooking a pedestrian passage. A staircase leads to a mezzanine with many bookcases. The living room is furnished with a double size sofa bed, three modern style armchairs, a rectangular design coffee table, a desk, chests of drawers, a dining table and chairs, a TV, a stereo and a telephone. The private bathroom has a bathtub topped by a showerhead, two washbasins and a heated towel rack. The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with four vitro ceramic burners topped by an exhaust fan, a traditional electric oven, a microwave oven, a combo fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher. There is also an electric kettle and all necessary utensils. To the right side of the hall is the separated toilet with washbasin. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system. Heat and hot water are both electric. The closest metro stations are Madeleine (lines 8, 12, and 14) and Concorde (lines 1, 8, and 12).
